Oh cape cod… what a beautiful town.
I feel like this is the ultimate retirement area for cliche, older couples because of the cute and friendly neighborhoods, the preppy and touristy shops, and the location right next to the water. My parents mentioned that this would be a nice place to settle down after my siblings and I are adjusted into schooling and new homes. I don’t blame them at all. However… the weather gets a little chilly at times, and I did not appreciate that.

Cape cod is definetly a place I would want to visit again. I feel like I would have appreciated it a little bit more if I wasn’t stressing about packing for university…which kind of sucked not going to lie. However, I did enjoy spending time with the family because I know I haven’t really had the chance to the entire summer (working at Camp Matollionequay). I feel like family vacations are a really good way to just spend time with the people you take most for granted. I don’t even get to see my dad much when I am home since he’s always busy working at his store or at my grandfather’s house (we got the ‘coon problem earlier in the summer, the raccoon problem) <- that was awful, story for another day perhaps. Anyway, taking time away from reality and just being together with the five of us was something we haven’t gotten the chance to do in a long time and these moments are admittedly my favourite. Even when I complain about these goons, I still love them very much. Peace out.
